How Rashean Approaches Tarot

Rashean uses tarot as a spiritual guidance and reflection practice.

The way Rashean approaches tarot is based on the energies currently surrounding you and the situation you are asking about. A tarot reading can be thought of as a snapshot of the present moment.

Imagine taking a photograph of yourself today. The photograph captures you as you are in that moment. If you return three months later, you may still look similar, but things may have changed. You may have changed your hair, gained or lost weight, changed what you wear, or simply grown into a different version of yourself.

Rashean approaches tarot in a similar way. A reading reflects the energies, circumstances, patterns, and possibilities that may be present at the time of the reading. Those things can change.

Everyone has free will. Your decisions, the decisions of other people, changing circumstances, and the passage of time can all affect what happens next.

For that reason, tarot readings provided by Rashean should be understood as guidance, not law.

Rashean does not guarantee that a reading will predict your future or that a particular event or outcome will occur. Future possibilities may naturally appear during a reading, but Rashean does not present itself as a fortune-telling service and does not guarantee future predictions.

The purpose of a reading is to offer perspective, reflection, and spiritual guidance that you may consider while making your own decisions.

Age Requirement

Rashean Collective services, including tarot readings and paid workshops, are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in a Rashean service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Pregnancy and Fertility Readings

Rashean does not provide pregnancy readings.

This includes using tarot to determine or predict pregnancy, fertility outcomes, pregnancy outcomes, the sex or health of a baby, or other pregnancy-related medical outcomes.

Pregnancy and fertility questions should be directed to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Third-Party Privacy and Reading Boundaries

Rashean does not provide readings for the purpose of spying on, intruding upon, or investigating another person's private life when that person is not meaningfully connected to the client's own situation.

A reading may explore another person's energy, behavior, intentions, or role as it relates directly to the client and the client's situation.

For example, a relationship reading may explore the dynamics between the client and another person, how that relationship is affecting the client, or the energy surrounding that connection.

Rashean will not conduct readings whose purpose is simply to access the private affairs, activities, relationships, thoughts, or circumstances of an uninvolved third party.

Rashean treats spiritual practice as a sacred and respectful space and reserves the right to decline questions that cross this boundary.

Professional Advice and Personal Responsibility

Tarot readings, spiritual guidance, workshops, educational materials, and other Rashean services are not substitutes for professional advice or professional care.

Rashean Collective does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice through its tarot readings, workshops, or spiritual services.

Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional when a situation requires professional guidance.

Clients remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, and actions, including decisions made after receiving a tarot reading or participating in a Rashean workshop.

Reading Cancellations and Credits

If a client cancels a scheduled tarot reading at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the client may receive a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a cash refund. Instead, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future Rashean reading.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If a client expects to be late for a scheduled reading, the client should communicate with Rashean as soon as possible.

When advance communication is provided, Rashean may be able to adjust the appointment depending on availability and the circumstances.

An adjustment is not guaranteed.

If a client does not attend a scheduled reading and does not communicate with Rashean, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Whether a no-show appointment may be rescheduled is at the discretion of Rashean.

If Rashean Cancels Your Reading

If Rashean must cancel a scheduled private reading, the client may choose between:

• a full refund, or
• rescheduling the reading for another available time.

Completed Readings and Refunds

Once a tarot reading has been provided, the service is considered completed and is non-refundable.

A client's disagreement with, dissatisfaction with, or personal interpretation of a tarot reading does not create a right to a refund after the service has been delivered.

Tarot is an interpretive spiritual service. Rashean does not guarantee that a reading will produce a particular message, prediction, emotional response, or desired outcome.

Billing and Payment Concerns

If a client believes there is a billing error or other payment problem, the client is encouraged to contact Rashean through the website contact form first so there is an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Completed readings remain subject to the non-refundable policy described above.

Respectful Conduct and Session Boundaries

Rashean aims to maintain a respectful and safe space for spiritual services.

Clients may express themselves naturally during a reading. Casual profanity or emotionally expressive language is not automatically considered inappropriate.

However, Rashean may immediately end a session because of:

• abusive behavior,
• harassment,
• threats,
• belligerent behavior,
• discriminatory abuse,
• intimidation,
• sexually inappropriate conduct directed toward Rashean, or
• other conduct that makes continuing the session unreasonable or unsafe.

Rashean is not required to continue a private session in which these boundaries are violated.

If a session is terminated because of a client's abusive or inappropriate conduct, a refund is not guaranteed.

Private Readings and Recording

Rashean does not routinely record private one-on-one tarot readings.

Rashean does not publish private readings as content or intentionally disclose a private client's personal reading information to outside parties except where necessary to provide the service, operate the business, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

This policy is separate from public livestreams or other content that Rashean intentionally makes available to a public audience.

If a client would like to record a private reading for personal reference, the client should let Rashean know before recording.

With permission, a client may record a private reading for personal use only.

A private reading recording may not be:

• publicly posted,
• uploaded to social media,
• redistributed,
• sold,
• republished,
• used as commercial content, or
• otherwise distributed to others without permission from Rashean.

Workshop Refunds

Paid Rashean workshops and digital spiritual experiences are non-refundable.

Clients should review the workshop description and available information before purchasing to make sure the experience is appropriate for them.

Workshop participation is intended for personal spiritual reflection and educational purposes.

Workshop Access

Unless a specific workshop states otherwise before purchase, access to a paid Rashean workshop is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Workshop access is not represented as lifetime access.

Clients are encouraged to complete the workshop at their own pace during the access period.

Workshop Technical Access

If a client experiences a technical problem that prevents access to a purchased workshop, the client should contact Rashean through the website contact form.

Rashean will make a reasonable effort to investigate the issue and restore access when the issue relates to the Rashean website, workshop account, or workshop delivery system.

Workshop Ownership and Individual Use

All Rashean workshop materials and related content remain the intellectual property of Rashean Collective, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a workshop does not transfer ownership of the workshop or its materials to the client.

A workshop purchase provides the individual client with a limited right to access and use the workshop for that client's own personal use during the applicable access period.

Workshop access and materials may not be shared with another person.

Clients may not:

• share workshop login credentials or access,
• give another person access to a purchased workshop,
• copy or reproduce workshop materials for distribution,
• redistribute workbook or workshop files,
• publicly post workshop videos or lessons,
• sell or resell workshop materials,
• republish workshop content,
• upload workshop materials to another platform,
• use Rashean workshop content to create or sell a substantially copied product, or
• otherwise distribute workshop content without permission.

A workshop purchase is for one individual client.

Free Will and Spiritual Guidance

Rashean respects the role of intuition, spiritual reflection, spiritual guidance, and personal perspective while also recognizing the importance of free will and individual responsibility.

No tarot reading, workshop exercise, intuitive impression, spiritual interpretation, or other Rashean content requires a client to take a particular action.

Clients are responsible for deciding what guidance feels appropriate, what they choose to act upon, and when professional guidance may be more appropriate.

Spiritual guidance can provide perspective. It does not remove a client's ability or responsibility to make their own decisions.

Personal Decisions and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rashean Collective is not responsible for losses, damages, consequences, or outcomes arising from a client's personal decisions, actions, or reliance on a tarot reading, workshop, spiritual interpretation, or other Rashean content.

Tarot readings and spiritual services provide guidance and perspective. They do not guarantee a particular outcome.

Clients remain responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided.

Governing Law and Court Jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of Rashean Collective services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, to the extent applicable.

Any legal dispute that may properly be brought in court will be subject to the appropriate courts in Florida, subject to applicable law.

Updates to Services and Terms

Rashean Collective may update its services, offerings, policies, or these Terms from time to time.

When these Terms are materially updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.

Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

Where affirmative acceptance of updated terms is reasonably necessary for a paid service, workshop, account, or purchase, Rashean may request that acceptance.
