Respecting Your Information

Rashean Collective respects the personal nature of tarot readings, spiritual reflection, and the information clients may choose to share.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the Rashean website, why it is collected, how it may be used and stored, and the choices available to clients regarding their information.

Rashean does not sell client personal information.

Personal reflections, private reading information, workshop responses, and other information shared with Rashean are not used as testimonials, examples, social media content, or promotional material without explicit permission.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Rashean website and services, Rashean may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • your name,
  • email address,
  • optional phone number,
  • contact-form messages,
  • booking information,
  • the type of reading or service requested,
  • information you voluntarily provide in connection with a booking,
  • client account information,
  • workshop registration or access information,
  • workshop progress,
  • optional workshop reflections and responses,
  • support requests,
  • privacy or account requests, and
  • other information you choose to provide directly to Rashean.

Rashean collects only information reasonably necessary to provide, administer, support, or improve the requested service.

Contact Inquiries

The Rashean Contact page allows visitors and clients to contact Rashean directly.

The current contact form may collect:

  • name,
  • email address,
  • optional phone number, and
  • the message submitted through the form.

Contact-form information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested assistance, maintain appropriate business records, and follow up when reasonably necessary.

Rashean's policy is to retain contact-form submissions generally for 12 months after the last relevant communication, unless there is a legitimate business, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or legal reason to retain the information longer.

Client Accounts

Certain Rashean services, including paid workshops, may require a client account.

Account information may be used to:

  • authenticate the client,
  • provide access to purchased services,
  • preserve workshop access,
  • support Save & Resume functionality,
  • maintain workshop progress,
  • provide account or technical support, and
  • protect the security and integrity of the service.

Account creation or workshop registration does not automatically subscribe a client to marketing emails or newsletters.

Marketing consent must remain separate from account creation, workshop registration, and service-related communications.

Workshop Reflections and Save & Resume

Rashean workshops may collect or store information necessary to provide the workshop experience, including the client's name, account information, workshop access information, saved progress, and responses entered directly into the online workshop.

Many workshop reflection questions are optional.

Clients may choose to:

  • enter a response online,
  • reflect privately,
  • use their personal workbook,
  • skip an optional reflection, or
  • use a combination of these approaches.

Information entered directly into the online workshop may be stored with the client's workshop progress.

Because that information is stored within systems used to operate the workshop, it may be technically accessible to Rashean for legitimate purposes such as administration, account support, security, troubleshooting, or resolving a technical problem.

Rashean does not routinely review personal workshop reflections simply because they are technically accessible.

Information written only in a client's private physical or locally stored workbook and never submitted through the Rashean website is not collected by Rashean.

Workshop responses are not publicly displayed.

Rashean does not reuse a client's workshop reflections as:

  • testimonials,
  • examples,
  • case studies,
  • social media posts,
  • public content, or
  • promotional material

without the client's explicit permission.

Participation in a workshop does not constitute permission to publish a client's personal reflections.

Workshop Data Retention

Workshop access is generally provided for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Saved workshop progress and workshop-response data may be retained during the client's applicable access period so that workshop functionality, personalization, and Save & Resume features can operate.

Unless there is a legitimate business, security, dispute-resolution, or legal reason requiring longer retention, Rashean's policy is to delete or anonymize workshop reflection and progress data within 30 days after the applicable workshop access period ends.

Booking Services

Booking information may be collected through an external booking service.

Depending on the booking system, this may include information such as:

  • name,
  • email address,
  • appointment date and time,
  • selected appointment duration,
  • selected reading type, and
  • optional information the client chooses to provide before the reading.

Information submitted directly to an external booking provider is also subject to that provider's privacy practices.

Payments and Business Records

Payments may be processed through external booking, commerce, or payment providers.

Rashean's WordPress website does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes when those details are entered directly through an external payment provider.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Rashean may retain appropriate transaction records such as:

  • purchase date,
  • service purchased,
  • amount paid,
  • refund or credit information,
  • transaction status, and
  • other appropriate business records.

Transaction and business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.

Private Readings

Rashean does not routinely record private one-on-one tarot readings.

Private readings are not intentionally published as content or disclosed publicly by Rashean.

This is separate from public livestreams, public readings, or other content that Rashean intentionally presents to a public audience.

If information from a private reading must be handled for legitimate administrative, support, security, payment, or legal purposes, it should be handled consistently with this Privacy Policy.

Service Communications and Marketing

Rashean may use contact information to send communications reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, including:

  • booking information,
  • appointment-related communications,
  • workshop access information,
  • account notices,
  • support responses,
  • service-related updates, and
  • information necessary to complete a client's transaction or request.

Service communications are separate from marketing.

Booking a reading, purchasing a workshop, creating an account, or submitting a contact form does not automatically constitute consent to receive newsletters or unrelated promotional marketing.

Cookies and Website Features

The website uses cookies or similar technologies needed for enabled features such as authentication, account access, workshop progress, and security.

WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and administrative functionality. Fluent Forms Save & Resume can use a functional cookie to reconnect a browser with saved workshop progress. The cookie can expire while the saved information remains in the website database under the retention policy below.

No analytics or advertising platform is currently enabled on the Rashean WordPress website. External websites reached through booking, payment, or social links have their own privacy and cookie practices.

Technical Information and Website Fonts

The website uses WordPress and Fluent Forms to operate accounts and forms. Contact entries and online workshop responses are stored in the website database. Form records can also include an IP address, browser and device information, the page where a form was submitted, and timestamps. This technical information supports administration, troubleshooting, security, and prevention of misuse.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, it connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the fonts. This font delivery is separate from website analytics.

How Information Is Used

Rashean may use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide requested readings, workshops, or services,
  • manage bookings,
  • authenticate client accounts,
  • preserve workshop progress,
  • respond to inquiries,
  • provide technical or client support,
  • process or document transactions,
  • maintain site and account security,
  • prevent misuse or fraud,
  • maintain appropriate business records,
  • comply with applicable legal obligations, and
  • protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Rashean, its clients, and its services.

Service Providers and Disclosures

Rashean does not sell client personal information.

Personal information may be handled by service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide a requested service, such as website hosting, forms, booking systems, payment processing, account functionality, or other technical services.

Rashean may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud or misuse, protect safety, or protect legal rights.

Access, Correction, and Privacy Requests

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with their Rashean account or services, subject to information Rashean may need or be legally permitted to retain.

Privacy requests may be submitted through the Rashean Contact page.

Rashean may need to verify the identity of the person making a privacy request before modifying or deleting account information.

Requesting Account Deletion

Signed-in clients can choose Request Account Deletion from Account Privacy in their WordPress profile area. The request form requires an intentional confirmation and sends the request to Rashean for manual review. It does not instantly delete an account.

If you cannot access your account, submit an account-deletion request through the Contact page. Rashean may need to verify your identity and confirm the deletion before completing your request.

When a verified account-deletion request is completed, delete or anonymize personal account information that is no longer reasonably necessary to provide services or satisfy legitimate business or legal obligations.

Account deletion may result in the loss of:

  • workshop access,
  • saved workshop progress,
  • online workshop responses,
  • account preferences, and
  • other information dependent on the account.

Certain records may need to be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary for:

  • accounting,
  • tax obligations,
  • transaction records,
  • fraud prevention,
  • dispute resolution,
  • security,
  • enforcement of applicable agreements, or
  • other legal obligations.

Account deletion does not guarantee immediate deletion of every record Rashean may need to maintain.

Retention Summary

Rashean applies the following retention policy through manual review. There is currently no automated schedule that deletes account, contact, or workshop records when these periods end.

  • Contact-form inquiries: generally 12 months after the last relevant communication, unless a legitimate business, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or legal reason requires longer retention.
  • Workshop progress and personal responses: during the applicable workshop-access period, generally 12 months, then deleted or anonymized within 30 days after access ends unless a legitimate business, security, dispute-resolution, or legal reason requires longer retention.
  • Account information: while the account remains active and as reasonably necessary afterward to process deletion and meet legitimate obligations.
  • Transaction and business records: as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Private workbook information never submitted online: not collected by Rashean.

Account deletion does not guarantee immediate deletion of every business or transaction record.

Security

Rashean uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the website and services to protect personal information.

No website, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Policy Updates

Rashean Collective may update this Privacy Policy as services, technology, or privacy practices change.

When material changes are made, Rashean will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice or request consent where reasonably required.
